FIFA 13, with all of its “revolutionary changes,” is coming to PC. It’s available for pre-order now on EA’s Origin store. It will be released on the same date as the console versions in North America, September 25, 2012. However, it will cost less than the console version: $39.99 as opposed to $59.99.
But before you rush off to pre-order the PC version, make sure your computer can run it. Here are the specs below (copy/pasted from Origin):
- CPU with Dual core processor (Core duo 2 or better).
- Intel Core2Duo @ 2.4Ghz on Windows XP / Windows Vista / Windows 7.
- 2 Gigabyte of RAM. DirectX® 9.0c Compatible 3D accelerated 256 MB video card or equivalent (must support Shader Model 3.0 or above).
- ATI RADEON HD 2900. NVIDIA GEFORCE 8800 GT
Not too strenuous. Note that there’s no word on whether the game will run on Windows 8 or not.
Again, the PC and console versions of FIFA 13 will be available on September 25, while Europe and Australia will have to wait until September 28 and September 27, respectively.
