The Mists of Pandaria opening cinematic was recently revealed at Gamescom 2012 and has now been revealed to the international public through the mystical powers of YouTube and press releases.
No frozen kings or vicious dragons this time. The cinematic isn’t as bleak as previous openers for World of Warcraft. Instead it opts to showcase this expansion’s Pandaren style.

That panda sounded an awful lot like George Takei
The human and orc looked like rookies compared to the pandaren. It really does look too much like a certain Dreamworks character for my liking. The humor is even there.
