Focus Multimedia have confirmed a release date for Angry Birds Star Wars, which will hit the shelves on November 16, 2012.
Combining possibly the most popular game on the market at the moment with one of the most beloved movie franchises of all time can surely be only a good thing. The release of the game itself will coincide with a great deal of merchandise, just in time for the start of Christmas shopping.
A few teaser trailers have been released, my favourite being the one depicting a birdy version of Darth Vader. Others include clips from the films which have been altered to include the Angry Birds universe, click this handy link to see what I mean.
Anyway, the game is set for release on November 16 for PC, and will be coming to iOS and Android on November 8.
