Tequila Works’ Deadlight was released on XBLA this past summer as part of the Summer of Arcade. Now it’s coming to Steam with a dedicated PC version that boasts improved graphics, a new nightmare mode and the full OST.
Here’s a synopsis of Deadlight for those unfamiliar with the game:
“Set in an apocalyptic world in 1986 on the US Pacific Coast, Deadlight is a narrative driven experience. Randall, our hero, is alone, introverted and slightly paranoid. His enemies are hordes of the undead and they react as a swarm to the player’s presence. They are a threat alone, deadly in groups. Your priority is in dividing their packs. But be careful, the environment is a character itself; there are deadly traps and a misstep means death.”
You can pick up Deadlight on Steam on October 25.
If you don’t have a 360 and were bummed about missing out on Deadlight this summer then here’s your chance to pick it up on Steam. Glad to see that it’s a legitimate PC version of the game and not a port.
