The Collector’s Edition for the latest entry into the God of War series, God of War: Ascension, has been revealed today. Details of pre-order bonuses have also been provided to those eager to get additional content.
The God of War: Ascension Collector’s Edition will include a miniature statue of Kratos, the violent protagonist himself, as well as the soundtrack from the game and a premium steelbook case. Also included will be various digital bonuses, such as a dynamic theme and avatars, as well as a season pass for future DLC and finally a double XP unlock for when players venture into the newly-added multiplayer.
Furthermore, if players choose to pre-order either edition of the game, they will be able to play as famous heroes taken straight from Grecian mythos, including Perseus, Orion, Achilles and Odysseus. These characters will be playable in the multiplayer aspect of the game.
