Microsoft have released a gameplay launch trailer for the newest instalment of the Halo series, pitting Master Chief against an ancient evil and all new enemies. According to the menacing voice at the end of the trailer, “The Forerunners have returned.”
Halo 4 is set for release on November 6, 2012, so there’s only a couple more weeks of waiting left. Check out the trailer launched by Microsoft demonstrating action-packed set pieces, improved graphics and hints at the plot.
Microsoft have also announced today the Halo 4 DLC pass – pay $25 and get 9 additional maps, which will be released bteween December 2012 and April 2013. Players who purchase this pass will also get two in-game helmets and an in-game emblem. Buying the maps individually would cost $10 apiece, so this pass is definitely a bargain.
