Since the beginning, the developers of Dishonored have been playing up the vastly different ways that there are to approach each situation in their game. The latest trailer epitomizes this aspect of Dishonored.
Titled, “Path to Revenge,” the trailer is designed like those “choose your own adventure” style YouTube videos, where you start with one video and then click links at the end of each segment to move onto the next videos, eventually reaching an ending (whether one of many or the same). It’s pretty neat to explore all of the options and see the various outcomes.
The trailer shows off a violent and a sneaky way to pass through almost every segment, plus some more creative options. As usual, I just wanted to see the death-by-rats version. Check it out for yourself below and let us know what you think in the comments.
Dishonored is coming out for PS3, Xbox 360, and PC on October 9, 2012 (North America), October 11 (Australia and Japan), and October 12 (Europe).
